Sofia was Bulgarian town where the rainy storm triggered a drama. Metro, malls, office buildings, shops, subways have been underwater this afternoon. Boulevards turned into rivers, the water at junctions was almost a meter in height, cars and buses from public transport flooded. The electricity was cut off in several neighborhoods.
